St. Alphonsus R.C. Primary Visits the National Assembly of Belize

Today, Thursday, 25^th May 2023, a primary school from the Stann Creek District stopped in at the National Assembly of Belize for an educational tour.

St. Alphonsus R.C. Primary from Seine Bight village made their way to Belmopan City to learn about the Legislative Branch of Government with approximately 60 students from the Standards III and IV classes along with 3 teachers and 10 parents. The group gladly listened to the presentation of the functions of the House of Representatives and Senate in the Public Galleries while viewing the artifacts in the Chambers. Questions followed the presentation which led to the wrapping up the educational visit.
