Our Lady of Bella Vista RC School Visits the National Assembly of Belize

Today, Friday, 10^th May 2024, the National Assembly of Belize staff welcomed the Standard IV class of Our Lady of Bella Vista RC School.

Our lady of Bella Vista RC School hails from the Toledo District and came with around 60 students who were accompanied by 4 teachers and 2 parents.

Both teachers and students had the privilege of viewing the different artifacts placed in the Chambers of the National Assembly. The group of students keenly listened to the presentation on the functions of the Senate and of the House of Representatives. They engaged throughout the presentation and, thereafter were able to answer questions about what they learned.
