Advisory Mission on Harmonization of Legislation on Cybercrime and Electronic Evidence

The Honourable Laura Tucker Longsworth, Speaker of the House of Representatives, attended an opening ceremony of the advisory mission on harmonization of legislation on cybercrime and electronic evidence today, Monday 10 February 2020, at Best Western Belize Biltmore Hotel, Belize City, BELIZE.

Present at the ceremony was  CEO George Lovell, Ministry of National Security who gave the welcome remarks, followed by remarks from Dr. Santiago Rivas, Executive Director, FOPREL; EU Representative; Mr. Matteo Lucchetti, Mission Leader, Council of Europe. The closing remarks was then done by Ms. Nicole Haylock, Deputy Coordinator, National Security Council Secretariat.

The Honourable Laura Tucker Longsworth was accompanied by Ms. Clarita Pech, Deputy Clerk of the National Assembly.
