At the World Food Day 2019 Ceremony held today at the Ladyville Technical Highschool, The Belize Parliamentary Alliance against Hunger and Malnutrition Committee (BPAHM) unveiled their BPAHM Logo. The BPAHM Committee expressed their congratulations to the winner of the BHAPM Logo Competition. Mr. Brian Tzib from Eden Seventh Day Adventist High School is the winner who received $1000 cash prize donated by the Ministry of Education.
The Committee then decided that they wished to award the second and third place participants as well. Second place was awarded to the Sacred Heart College Cheer Dance Group who was represented by Ms. Alicia Lopez receiving $500 cash prize donated by the Ministry of Agriculture. The third place was awarded to Mr. Luis Ugarte from the Belize Christian Academy receiving $300 cash prize donated by the National Assembly. The Committee would like to thank as well all other participants who submitted their logo.
