On Friday, April 11, 2025, students from Ladyville Technical High School visited the National Assembly as part of an educational tour designed to enhance their understanding of Belize’s democratic system and legislative process.
During the visit, students gained firsthand knowledge of how national policies are debated and enacted. The interactive tour was guided by faculty and Assembly staff, offering the students a unique and informative experience.
At the conclusion of the visit, each student received a Certificate of Participation in acknowledgment of their interest in civic education and national affairs.
The National Assembly was pleased to host the students and applauds Ladyville Technical High School for encouraging youth involvement in the democratic process.
